Shipping Information

1. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order's status on our website.
2. The final decision to replace or refund the payment for a bad fruit, vegetable or grocery product lies completely with the Ugam Organics Quality Control Team.
3. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times generally range from 2-7 business days, depending on your location. For remote or rural areas, delivery may take a bit longer.
4. Please note that the products might look different from the ones you see on the website.

Returns & Refunds

1. The request for replacement or refund will only be accepted if this is communicated to the Ugam, Team with a picture within 24 hours of the delivery.
2. If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will refund the payment within 15 days.
3. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for perishable items, such as fresh fruits and vegetables, unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.
4. Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and gift cards, are not eligible for return. Please review the product description for more information.
